Bushcraft & survival
Living in the outdoors is just so therapeutic for those with the knowledge and skills to live in harmony with the environment. CHMAS offer instruction in bushcraft & survival skills so you can do this safely . You can chose from a taster session to set you off on the direction or for the more adventurous you might like to try a multi day bushcraft experience.
DofE Expeditions
CHMAS is s an Approved Activity Provider (AAP) for the DofE and we are delighted to be able to provide all the elements of the expedition section. We have run quite a few expeditions so we lots of experience to call on. We are happy to either assist you to deliver your own expedition or provide a complete bespoke expedition package for your group.
Get Qualified
Leading groups in the countryside, high fells or mountains is very rewarding indeed and CHMAS is pleased to be able to provide the Mountain Training Lowland Leader Award, Hill & Moorland Leader Award and Camping Leader Award, which is the perfect way to get involved with leading groups or if you would like to run DofE Expeditions.
Mental Health Awareness
The benefits of outdoor learning/experiences are well known and CHMAS are pleased to offer completive prices for school and youth groups in archery, bushcraft, canoeing, caving, climbing & abseiling and hill walking.
