CHMAS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.Booking a Course:
- Choose your course and submit an online booking form.
- On receipt of the booking form we will issue an invoice and payment can be made by BACS (details are displayed on our invoices).
- Only once payment has been received will we will confirm your place on the course.
2.Amendment / Cancellation by the Customer:
All cancellations must be in writing (email is fine) and acknowledged by us.
If you cancel your booking before 4 weeks (28 days) of your course then CHMAS will either issue a full refund or you may transfer your booking to an alternative date.
If you cancel your place on a course less than 4 week (28 days) of the course start date, CHMAS are unable to offer refunds (unless there are exceptional circumstances) but we are happy for you to transfer your booking to another date.
CHMAS recommends that you consider personal insurance to cover cancellation on your part.
3.Amendment / Cancellation by CHMAS
In the event of cancellation by CHMAS we will notify you as soon as possible and you will either be offered a full refund or we can transfer your booking to an alternative date.
Where a course is cancelled by CHMAS we will not be liable and are unable to reimburse any travel or accommodation expenses incurred. For this reason we recommend that you consider personal insurance to cover cancellation.
4.Risk Acknowledgement Statement:
All our courses can be physically demanding and you need to ensure that you and are fit and healthy to cope with these demands (if you are unsure then please do get in touch so we can help you make informed decisions).
The activities we run can be hazardous and could potentially involve a risk of injury or even death! We will manage these risks as far as is reasonable practicable, but you will still need to take responsibility for your own actions and involvement during the course and abide by safety decisions made by your instructor.
5.Insurance:
CHMAS has full public and professional liability cover for its activities.
For your own piece of mind, CHMAS recommends that you consider personal sports insurance to cover cancellations etc.
